Total Credits: 45 credit hours every 3 years

At least 3 in Ethics

AT least 2 in Elimination of Bias

At least 1 credit in Mental Health and Substance Use
*NEW* ALL MN attorneys are now required to take 1 credit in Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder.
CLE Deadline: June 30th
Carry Over Credit: Attorneys cannot carry over credits into the next reporting period.
Reporting: Deadline is August 31st. MN attorneys can report their credits on the MN Website using the Course ID number obtained from their certificate.
