Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Waive any claim related to the inclusion, placement, exclusion, or removal of my listing on the LawsOnline.com™ and LegalConference.com™ sites.
3. Receive Periodic email Newsletters and announcements from LawsOnline.com™ or Lawchek LTD.
THE LegalConference.com™ PRODUCT GROUP TIMELINE:
Each order will be processed within thirty (30) business days upon receipt of payment. As a general rule, it will take approximately ten (10) business days for a Directory Listing and any other additional Listings. If a Directory Logo or Banner Advertisement is to be designed, it will take up to thirty (30) business days; if it is an existing Logo, it will be put up at the time the Listing is created. If it is an existing Banner, it will be put up at the designated time for a thirty (30) day run. Webpage development will take from thirty (30) to sixty (60) business days, and in some instances longer, depending upon the depth of creation.
LegalConference.com™ REFUND POLICIES & PROCEDURES
A thirty (30) day return policy will be implemented. If a client is not satisfied with the service, for whatever reason, a refund will be issued in the form of payment. For example, if a client paid by check, the refund will be issued in the form of a check. The client has thirty (30) days from the time they were billed to request a refund. Once thirty (30) days have passed, there will be no refunds issued. The refund policy will be submitted to each client in the form of a faxed confirmation letter or a mailed welcome letter, or posted on the LegalConference.com™ or enlighten technologies™ websites. enlighten technologies™ as the parent company will handle all billing, invoicing, refunding, and collections. If a client cancels an order and it has been approved for a refund by the President or Vice President of enlighten technologies™, there will be a 90 day period in which enlighten technologies™ has to make the payment available to the client.
LegalConference.com™ MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Every customer is responsible for obeying the rules of LegalConference.com™ membership. These rules include the following RULES: An LegalConference.com™ member is entitled to use all the sites under enlighten technologies™ for there own personal use. However under no circumstances will any LegalConference.com™ or enlighten technologies™ customer be allowed to resell any of the information from the website for there own personal gain. The Service is provided to individuals only and for commercial use on our sites. For LegalConference.com™ email. You agree to use the Service to promote your business and services that you are legally authorized to sell. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Service, or the resale of LegalConference.com™ services, is expressly prohibited. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to: Use the Service in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise). /Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others./ Publish, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information. /Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any non-personal purpose. /Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent. /Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message. /Use, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity that is not a Service member any directory of the Service members or other user or usage information or any portion thereof other than in the context of your use of the Service as permitted under the TOS. / Transmit or upload any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other harmful or deleterious programs. /Transmit or upload any material that contains software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents. / Interfere with or disrupt networks connected to the Service or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks. / Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service, through password mining or any other means. /Violate any applicable laws or regulations including, without limitation, laws regarding the transmission of technical data or software exported from the United States through the service. /Interfere with another member’s use and enjoyment of the Service or another individual’s or entity’s use and enjoyment of similar services.

It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is requested and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
