Oregon CLE Requirements Overview
Total Credits: 45 credit hours every three years

At least 5 in Ethics

At least 1 in Child and Elder Abuse Reporting

At least 3 in Access to Justice every other reporting period

At least 1 in Substance Abuse & Mental Health
CLE Deadline: April 30th
Carry Over Credits: Attorneys can carry over 15 hours into the next reporting period. A maximum of 6 Ethics credits can be carried forward and applied towards the following reporting period’s Ethics requirement. Access to Justice and Child and Elder Abuse Reporting credits may carry over as General Credit only.
Reporting: Deadline is May 31st. reports credits for Oregon.’
