West Virginia CLE Requirements Overview

Total Credits: 24 credit hours every two years

• At least 3 in Legal Ethics, Office Management, Substance Abuse, and or/ Elimination of Bias.

CLE Deadline: June 30th, even years

Carry Over Credit: Attorneys can carry over 6 credits, none of which can be ethics, into the next reporting period.

Reporting: Deadline is July 31st, even years. reports credits for WV.
