Total Credits: 36 credit hours every three years

CLE Deadline: June 30th
Carry Over Credit: Attorneys may carry over 12 CLE credits into the next reporting period. Ethics credits cannot be carried over.
Reporting: Deadline is July 31st. ND attorneys must certify their compliance on their Report of Compliance.
Attorneys may claim no more than 24 hours of credit by self-study during a reporting period.
